Waller House warned months ago.....

 
WHAT A CROCK....EITHER DELETE THE ZONING ORDINANCE THAT REQUIRES HOME BUSINESSES TO HAVE ADEQUATE OFF STREET PARKING, OR ENFORCE IT FAIRLY/UNIFORMLY, NOT SELECTIVELY.   
 
J. Christian Andrews(brother of Raquel Lundberg) spent considerable money to comply with the ordinance, but Raquel is not willing to do the same as her brother?  Come on Raquel, if your tearoom is not bringing in any more profit than $1,500.00 per year, maybe you should spend time doing something else.  
Your conditional use permit says you must provide one parking space for all 6 rental rooms you have.  HMMMMM.....there is a problem here.   Your garage doesn't count for off street parking for customers....those two stalls are for you.  
 
 
 
thought you should know......public hearing Monday Dec. 8, 2014 at 6:30 pm city hall chambers.....will they be allowed to be in violation  of their conditional use permit?
