BLATANT ILLEGAL OFF PREMISE SIGN IN FRONT OF FAMILY DOLLAR STORE.

NOW THIS IS A CLEAR EXAMPLE OF AN ILLEGAL OFF PREMISE SIGN.  Photo taken 12-20-14.  None of these service clubs operates from this little triangle of land....and I bet the land is city owned.
