Lin Furniture new signs video made today 12-8-14 was Linda Burgraff in violation of the sign ordinance?

WHY ELSE WOULD LINDA BURGRAFF HAVE CHANGED HER SIGNS(made them smaller) if she wasn't in violation of the sign ordinance?  Her building is a historic building, and she had to get approval from the HPC in order to comply with their guidelines for historic building facades.   Hmmmmm....soon I will let you know the scoop after I check her file at city hall.
