THIS IS PUBLIC INFORMATION FROM LAST NIGHT'S PLANNING MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING.
NOTICE "under review" is the status of most of these. That is because Ben Oleson doesn't seem to be able to do the job of "sign enforcer" thoroughly and in a timely manner when there is a complaint lodged.
Either that, or he is turning a blind eye to those he doesn't wish to enforce. Something is clearly not right with this picture.
I believe many on these businesses listed have been in violation for decades.
