This(BELOW) is a law firm folks. Peter Vogel, former city attorney, has his office here. And THEY WERE NON COMPLIANT WITH THE SIGN ORDINANCE?
This is Denny's Floor Covering, I believe, and Denny Fjeld is the dad of the hand pickedMayors pride award recipient, Adam Fjeld. Adams realtor(recently sold his house by the golf course) had an ILLEGAL OFF PREMISE SIGN AT THE CORNER OF EDGEWATER DRIVE AND GOLF ROAD, ALL WINTER LONG 2013. That illegal sign was within a block from Councilor Loren Boyum and every police officer who checked on the golf course would have seen it and turned a blind eye, even though they were mandated by Chief Schirmers to pick up illegal off premise signs in the road right of way.

THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT....FISHING MUSEUM SIGN WAS ILLEGAL OFF PREMISE SIGN AND HUNG ON A DIFFERENT BUSINESS UNTIL SPRING OF 2013, WHEN IT WAS REPORTED AS ILLEGAL. Ray Schulte currently sits on the planning commission. See the problem here?
School district was rezoned for signage. It's illegal to spot zone for signage.
LOOKIE HERE....5 PROPOSED SIGNS BUT NO PERMITS. SHAME ON HOHEISEL AND SCHERLING.
And they consider themselves patriotic, but were lawbreakers.
