WALLER HOUSE PUBLIC HEARING...they are lacking the required parking spaces to be legal under their conditional use permit.

See the planning and zoning commission refused their request, as it would have been SPOT ZONING.  They were operating a motel in a residential district without the proper license to do so.  On top of that, they were serving 5 course meals without the proper permit, or legal right.

Just so there is no misunderstanding, I believe the required off street parking requirement discourages home businesses.  But since there is an ordinance requiring this, all home businesses must follow this law. Might want to ask why Goldsmith Jewelers was allowed to have NO OFF STREET PARKING available for their customers, when the same law was on the books.  Were they being favored?

West Side Improvement Association FORBIDS RECORDING DEVICES 3-5-13

Now why do you suppose the West Side Improvement Association forbid recording devices at their meetings?  What don't they want you to find out?   Why are so many folks in this community afraid of my cameras?   This is very troubling. ANOTHER THREE RING CIRCUS.

"POTENTIAL NEED" for change to RESOLUTIONS. 3-5-13 None of them answer my question.

I am of course the "potential need" for change to resolutions, as I had been using resolutions  to put forth idea speech during council meetings.   Look at how Jeremy Hanfler shows great disrespect for me by laughing throughout most of my citizen appeal.   They try to put the monkey on Dan Vogt, when it was the council's idea to make these changes to "shut out my free speech once again". 3-5-13 What a bunch of embarassing clowns !!!!

I want to know if Mayor Cathy VanRisseghems public statements were true when she said that the splashpad would be funded entirely by donations.   Time will tell.

 

She claimed all along the way, that NO TAX DOLLARS WOULD BE NEEDED TO BUILD THE SPLASHPAD.

TREE CITY (my request 8-5-13)

A year and a half has passed and your do-nothing council and park board has done nothing to further this great program.  Jeff Tschida, president of the Little Falls Park, Rec and Tree board stated last year that if the City implemented this program, we would save money maintaining our trees.

It is an outrage that when I asked the Little Falls City Council to consider developing a Human
Rights Commission, they put it on file.   It is hard to say, from meeting to meeting, which councilor is the biggest clown.   Towards the end of this video at 22 minutes, Loren Boyum , Frank Gosiak and Mayor elect Greg Zylka talk about the camera placement rule they passed after discussion on 8-19-13. 

 

In the video below I was asked by Chief Schirmers to move my camera to another spot.  Even though I am within the designated area.   The Chief says that Don Klinker requests I move my camera.  Why?   Just because they wanted to bully and harass me...that's why.  Pretty clear what they are up to.....no good....bunch of scoundrels.

 

Another very interesting thing about this meeting, is that the constitutional attorney from the League of Minnesota Cities (Jason Kuboushek) was present.   This is the meeting where my settlement agreement for my civil lawsuit was discussed and voted on.  

Jerry Abraham resigns***ANOTHER TOWN CLOWN***

Jerry Abraham has the audacity to suggest that I have bullied or harassed him, when in fact, the opposite is true.  I am only sticking up for my rights, and would not stand to be treated differently than anyone else.   Jerry stopped filming Theresa and I in studio for the simple reason that we were telling on his FRIENDS.   He did violate his contract with the city by choosing to not film us, but continue to film others.   What a crock.   Judge for yourself.

Listen particularly starting at 14 minutes in, where Little Falls City attorney Toni Wetzel tells former council president Urban Otremba that the WE SUPPORT OUR TROOPS BANNER must come down.  She says "it's what you fought for, and everybody must be treated equally."  Even then, he still didn't GET IT.  At 16 minutes in, Chief Schirmers volunteers his officers to pick up illegal signs in the road right of way.(but they don't do it until a complaint is lodged.)  What a bunch of clowns.

I want to let everyone who has Charter digital tv to watch CHANNEL 180 because they are almost up and running.   I told Chris Weis, the new station manager, that I would promote the public access television station.  They will be airing many good programs, including Theresa and my new show called "CAN WE TALK?"   If you live in the Little Falls area, you will soon be able to watch some of your old favorites too.   I am hoping to convince the new council to allow public access to film and broadcast the council work sessions and all other city committees so that the public can see what is really going on with their city government.   This is the way it should be.  Then the city should also put all of those on the city website for continuous viewing by the public.   There are many who cannot attend the meetings but would like to be able to watch them from the comfort of their own home. This is what is necessary for open transparent governance.

Mayor Pinocchio VanRisseghem 8-6-12 HIRE PARTTIME CITY ADMINISTRATOR

Once again, she said something different then, than she claimed recently during the election campaign.  She stated during the mayoral debate that she has been for having a full time administrator, but here the story seems different.  She and Urban Ortremba(past council president) are the instigators of this parttime administrator search.  Only Alderman Brian Crowder has asked repeatedly for a full time administrator.  He knows how critical this is.  At the last city council meeting on 11-17-14, Mayor VanRisseghem said she wants to see the city attorney position put out on bids, as well as a search for a full time city administrator.  Her NOSE IS GETTING BIGGER BY THE MINUTE.

What a joke.   These clowns need to be exposed.   And I will continue to do just that.   Everything that I record of interest will be blasted out on this blog, so that you and everyone else knows what is REALLY GOING ON in this city.   I have volumes of videos to go through and upload over the winter months.  I have a lot of catching up to do.   I have only recently learned how to upload, otherwise I would have done this long ago.   My challenge is finding time to upload and still continue to attend all the meetings.  This was my last citizen appeal 2-19-13, that was broadcast on CMAT TV public access channel 6..(now ch 180 since going digital). 

2-13-13 Sister City opportunity hoarders ANYTHING BUT "KIND"

This group is a shining example of why some people in Little Falls started a "KINDNESS CAMPAIGN" some time ago.  When people have to be asked to be decent to one another, that's a major clue that something is really WRONG.  Don't you think?  These people are some of the "poofy party opportunity hoarding" clique in town, and frankly I am embarrassed at their behavior.   They really felt they had no obligation whatsoever to accommodate anyone, (especially me), who is disabled to travel to LeBourget, France with them.  Judge for yourself, what is really going on here.   Mike Schnider, who later became the president of this group, is a Todd County prosecutor.  Todd county is just west of Morrison county and Little Falls.  It was he, who was allowed to speak to council, at length, as to their dilema without fundraising capability.  Truth is, this younger group of opportunity hoarders, just didn't want to work for their accommodations in France.   They did minimal to fundraise during the 4 years prior to their trip to France.   How do I know this?  Because I have all the minutes and began attending almost every meeting for the last 3 years.   Of course they don't want to hear what I have to say, because I called them out on not having a valid PUBLIC PURPOSE.   There never was one.   All this program ever did, was subsidize a small group of Littlefallsians and French folks to have a nice perks travel plan that they could enjoy at the expense of the majority of people in Little Falls.   Approximately 20-25 people on either side of the ocean benefited from this program, and nobody else.   This should have always been a legitimate non-profit, and the City of Little Falls attorney should have known better.  It has always been the law to show a valid public purpose when spending PUBLIC FUNDS.    Take a look at the video for yourself.   Melissa Peterson(the president at the time this video was made) likes to talk down to me.   She is the representative of the Lindbergh Center.   She is not fit to be in that position.   It is obvious she feels above others.   I wonder how long she will be able to hold that position with that kind of an attitude?

Listen as Dan Vogt states that I am on the work session agenda 1-7-13 to have my questions and concerns answered, and even then Frank Gosiak, the mayors brother, interrupts me.  This body of elected officials really feels above the law.  For 3 years I have witnessed countless violations of Minnesota Open Meeting law, Data Practice violations, misuse of public funds, dozens of violations of their own policies for conducting meetings, and more.   Outrageous group of scoundrels.   No wonder I have labeled them the 'LAWLESS COUNCIL'....Little Falls truly is the "Graveyard of Democracy."

Long after the public hearing closes, an EXCEPTION IS MADE  for Mayor Cathy VanRisseghems mother in law, Charlotte VanRisseghem, (at 21 minutes) complain about the house on the southside of town by the hospital(my home) with the electronic sign in the window, and what a distraction that is and that it might cause traffic accidents.(long after the public hearing was closed. 

 

 

I don't remember EVER AN EXCEPTION BEING MADE FOR ANYONE TO COMMENT AFTER A PUBLIC HEARING HAS ENDED in the last 3 years in this city.  WHY WAS AN EXCEPTION MADE FOR THE MAYORS MOTHER IN LAW?  

 

  Then listen  CLOSELY as Paul Reuvers, attorney from the League of Minnesota Cities, says the city should not allow off premise signs of any type including garage sale signs, as this gets into "content" of signage.   For all of those of you  who don't yet get it, please listen to his comments.

1-21-14 Little Falls City council meeting work session.  Theresa Skorseth and I presented our combined public forum times.   Everyone should be reminding their local councils to end eternal war, and the costs associated with every dirty war to date.

Our first public access tv show broadcast today 11-20-14 on channel 180 on charter network at 2 pm and 5:30 pm.  I believe our shows will air on Tuesdays at these times, unless I inform you different.  Thanks to the new station manager Chris Weis that helped us.   We appreciate this channel and his help.  Public access tv has been off the air in Little Falls for more than a year.  Jerry Abraham, the former manager resigned because he was afraid of a lawsuit against him for treating Theresa and I differently than others.   He did treat us differently and refused to film us in studio, but continued to film others in studio.  This violated his own contract with the City of Little Falls, Minnesota.

Little Falls Senior Center MTG 9-24-13 ***REVISED NEW VIDEO ADDED 8-16-13 MTG..what a bunch of CLOWNS !!!!!

The man and his wife directly in front of the camera are Paul and Jean Dennis(supposedly parliamentarians...ya right). You would think by the way Paul Dennis injects his speech that he is the president of the group and is conducting the meeting.  He is not.  Dale Siers is.

 Listen particularly at 2 minutes where pastor and president Dale Siers says the new bylaws that include restricting recording devices do not take effect until voted on today, and after being voted on at the general election meeting in September. (the video below is that meeting 9-24-13).

  Listen also particularly, at 5 minutes where president Dale Siers asks if my camera is on now, and I say yes it is, and he says it shouldn't be on.   I believe they shut the meeting down before the proposed bylaws were not even properly introduced and voted on at this meeting, so they couldn't even vote on them at the annual election meeting, but they DID. 

 I believe they violated their own bylaws and the new bylaw amendments aren't even legal today.  Judge for yourself.  

Notice that the signs are already posted that forbid recording devices on premises, even though they haven't even revised their bylaws.  What a joke.  After this meeting occurred, Tom Schumacher accosted me, yelled at me, within the same room the meeting was held in and right after the chairman read the rules that stated that all senior center members must conduct themselves well to not stain the senior centers image.   (something like that).  He yells and the entire crowd claps and cheers after he violates the newly passed rules forbidding his poor behavior.  It is against the law to accost someone, and yet this group of senior clowns doesn't get that I guess.   Notice the Christian prayer and pledge to allegiance before the meeting.  I believe this is a violation of separation of church and state, because they get a great deal of funding from government sources, including 12 k per year from the City of Little Falls, thousands from Morrison County and several townships also give a substantial amount to this group.   They are a non profit so they can establish their own rules, but they violated their own bylaws on this day, in a number of ways.  I was a member and have a copy of those bylaws.   Why is everyone in Little Falls so apprehensive of my cameras?   What are they hiding?   It was reported to me that the senior center was operating illicitly in the past and not accounting honestly for all the money they take in.   I still have not had access to their books, even though I made a request to inspect them. The meeting took place on  9-24-13.  I attended and recording the meeting the month prior to this meeting.  As soon as they realized I was going to record future meetings they quickly passed a new amendment forbidding any recording.  Very suspicious.

Listen to how your council will spend YOUR money during the upcoming year.  The public hearing where you can talk for two minutes with your opinion on all of this is on Monday Dec. 1, 2014 at City Hall Little Falls Minneosta.  Not sure of time yet, but likely either at 5 or 6 pm. before the council meeting.  There will be a public notice printed soon in the Morrison County Record.  Look for it. City hall parking lot not plowed at all for a public hearing on 11-10-14

Listen as Alderman Brian Crowder asks public works director Greg Kimman why the city hall parking lot was not plowed for a public hearing or else the public hearing postponed until they could plow the lot.   The city was so negligent they didn't even clear the two handicapped accessible parking spots on the east side of the building.  The street out front of city hall wasn't plowed fully so  you couldn't even park along either side of the street.   Not acceptable.   Shoddy work and poor decision making.  This is disgusting.  Once again, people overpaid and doing a very poor job for the public.

Both of these videos are from 8-5-13.  One camera up front on a table by the dais and the other pointed directly at the cable tv guy Mike Crecji.  Councilor Jeremy Hanfler places his popcan in front of my camera, like a 2 year old.   Crecji advances towards me and yells at me for asking if he was recording BEFORE THE MEETING STARTED.   I believe this is called "accosting." and is not legal.   

 

INCIVILITY and Councilor Loren Boyum(the CHAMPION ON COUNCIL OF INCIVILITY) 11-17-14

Robin Hensels public forum sharing about incivility according to the League of Minnesota Cities presentation that Councilor Loren Boyum and his sidekick Councilor LeeAnn Doucette attended.  He urged everyone to read the information that was presented and so I did.   He holds the record on INCIVILITY ON THIS COUNCIL, AND HAS EVEN STATED PUBLICLY THAT HE DOESN'T REPRESENT ME and apologized within a few days after saying that.   Remember he is the councilor who is on the Cable TV board(an official city board) and was incredibly rude to Theresa Skorseth at an official city cable board meeting last month.  What a joker.

Little Falls City Council work session 11-17-14.  Mayor Cathy VanRisseghem wants city attorney position to be bid out.   She also wants city council to consider hiring a fulltime administrator, even though it was her and past city council president Urban Otrembas grand idea to hire one of two PART TIME CITY ADMINISTRATORS, BOB D. from close to the cities, or our present parttime administrator Dan Vogt, who lives in Brainerd. 

Ritters Thompson Olson illegal off premise sign and setback request 11-17-14

Listen as the council allows the 0 setback for their sign and Councilor Jeremy Hanfler asks if the council would consider allowing them an off premise sign.  Listen to their response.   Notice Dan Vogt(at about 4 minutes into the video) talks about an "open issue" with a Franklin billboard on city owned property.  What he is talking about is the illegal off premise billboard I mentioned in a blog awhile ago.   This is the picture of that billboard and it sits on city of Little Falls property, but does not advertise a city event.  So it is an illegal off premise sign and once again the city is allowing an illegality for something they like in violation of their own darn ordinance/law.   This is just not right folks.
