Mayor Cathy VanRisseghem files police complaint on Bev Nouis 11-3-14 before the work session starts

I wonder what Bev will have to say about this.   I bet she didn't take any signs off any property that was not her own.   Bev is a decent law-abiding citizen, and an admirable individual.  Cathy could have made a huge blunder with this move.
