Usama Dakdok follower violates the law 5-27-16

The driver of this older white cadillac commits disorderly conduct by hollering obscenities at protestors as he arrives at Usama Dakdok speaking event at Granite City Baptist Church, St. Cloud, Mn. 5-27-16.......then when he leaves he violates the law again by squealing his tires, uses excessive speed while pedestrians are crossing the street.....watch the short video below. This incident was reported to the police. I will be turning this video in to the St. Cloud Police Department soon. They probably know who this guy is. It's always interesting when I capture the law being violated right on camera. If you know who this guy is please call 320-360-3931 and let me know so I can give his name to the police.

My petition to the Minnesota Supreme Court

My petition to the Minneosta Supreme Court has been filed last week. It is excellent and my thanks to my attorney Kevin Riach, his fellow attorney David Coyle, Theresa Nelson of the Minnesota ACLU and attorney Scott Flaherty who wrote an Amicus brief to the court on my behalf. Now the state and Paul Reuvers from League of Minnesota Cities, have 30 days to respond with their petition to the court. Then we get to respond one more time to the court, after the state files their petition. Since the Minnesota Supreme Court does not hear cases over the summer months, my case will likely be one of the first on the docket for September or October. This appeal is to overturn my bogus conviction of disorderly conduct for sitting in a chair at city hall.....in the same area that just 4 days prior, the former mayors hubby and mommy in law and 5 others were allowed to sit in....but I couldn't. Why? Because of course they don't like the content of my speech...never have, never will.

This is interesting .....a Willmarite charged with pretty serious charges for wielding a PISTOL STYLE BB GUN. On December 15, 2015, there was an alleged crime committed in my backyard and around my property, against me. A flag was stolen from my front yard, when a person trespassed on my property to steal it. This case will be heard in early June at the Morrison County Courthouse. Discussing a land sale in an open meeting violates city policy that states that all land acquisition or sales MUST BE DONE IN a closed meeting.

2 taxpayer owned lots for sale

There was an ad in the McRecord advertising the lot at 55 First Ave.SE and 220 First St. SE.

The ad says the bids must be in by June 22, 2016....which means these lots will only be on the open market for 30 days. I asked Jon Radermacher city administrator, why they are only on open the market for one month, instead of 3 months. What's the rush.He has not answered my email.

Perhaps the rush is so that the person who offered the city 18k, ends up getting the lot.

I also asked if city was currently in negotiations with the person who offered 18k for the lot at 220 First St. SE (that has a market value of 39k).

The EDA held the closed meeting on Monday May 16, 2016 to discuss this potential offer. That's the reason Mark Gerbi called for the closed meeting.

Jon Radermacher said the city was NOT currently in negotiations with them. I asked why not. He has not answered that question either.

Perhaps because they were NOT SUPPOSED to be in negotiations on a lot the EDA minutes stated, was to be put on the market. Perhaps.

Oh oh.....did I force city to be honest?

Can this be legal? Bet not. Running by my attorney to see. Who knows...I might want to buy.

I think I forced the city to be honest with the taxpayers and list this taxpayer owned lot for sale to everyone, instead of giving a backroom sweetheart deal to an unknown buyer to purchase this for their offer of 18k instead of the 39k this property was appraised at. I took this picture at approximately 1:30pm on Friday May 20, 2016.

Houston, we have a problem in Morrison County and the city of Little Falls. Who on earth would steal the American and French flags at LeBourget Park, and why? I don't get it. There is an epidemic of this....from the unAmeriKan/unpatriotic THUGS who damaged my seasonal display and stole MY 6 flags, to the thugs who recently stole 2 flags and destroyed a lightpole at the Veterans Memorial Park in Randall, Mn.

Listen at 39 minutes in when City attorney Toni Wetzel advises council to be more specific in naming which types of businesses can be given a conditional use permit, rather than leaving the language vague/subjective. At 43.20 minutes she says " where we are at with people suing left and right." What is interesting to note is that Jeremy Hanfler who sits on this board, is a Central McGowan employee. Mayor Greg Zylkas campaign manager, was Susie Prosapio, and is a former school board buddy of hers as well. How is this NOT A CONFLICT OF INTEREST?

Was there a vote to determine the reductions? And if so, where is the record of the votes? Interesting to note also is that Wendy Zylka, mayor Greg Zylkas wife is the official writer of all the minutes for the city.

I don't know who these Yetzer fellows are, but I intend to find out....and where these 3 business properties are.
