This is interesting .....a Willmarite charged with pretty serious charges for wielding a PISTOL STYLE BB GUN. On December 15, 2015, there was an alleged crime committed in my backyard and around my property, against me. A flag was stolen from my front yard, when a person trespassed on my property to steal it. This case will be heard in early June at the Morrison County Courthouse. A pistol style BB gun was fired in this crime. More on this later. Stay tuned.
This post is to show similarity and differences in alleged crimes committed with a BB gun within city limits.
