Little Falls city council 5-16-16 SUBJECTIVE language in CUPs

Listen at 39 minutes in when City attorney Toni Wetzel advises council to be more specific in naming which types of businesses can be given a conditional use permit, rather than leaving the language vague/subjective. At 43.20 minutes she says " where we are at with people suing left and right."  Was this a reference to my lawsuit as well as Bruce Smiths lawsuit on the Roach development or are there MORE lawsuits we don't know about yet ?? Mtg 5-16-16

    City Council @ 47.45: "Variances are NOT ALLOWED by City Code". Is this true???

      Must be.....the zoning administrator Ben Oleson said it with city attorney Toni Wetzel listening to his comments.
