What is interesting to note is that Jeremy Hanfler who sits on this board, is a Central McGowan employee. Mayor Greg Zylkas campaign manager, was Susie Prosapio, and is a former school board buddy of hers as well. How is this NOT A CONFLICT OF INTEREST?
Was there a vote to determine the reductions? And if so, where is the record of the votes? Interesting to note also is that Wendy Zylka, mayor Greg Zylkas wife is the official writer of all the minutes for the city.

I don't know who these Yetzer fellows are, but I intend to find out....and where these 3 business properties are.
Next year, EVERY PROPERTY OWNER (BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL, SHOULD FLOOD THIS Board of Review meeting and also ask for a REDUCTION.
