Oh lookie here....Mayor Greg Zylkas good buddy Carol Anderson(who took the minutes) does NOT INCLUDE the important FACT, that Greg actually suggests he thinks the EDA should present a counter offer of 22K.
The reason this is not included in the minutes is to hide from the public this big blunder on the part of Mayor Greg Zylka, and so history does not show this in the official record of the meeting.
Discussing a land sale in an open meeting violates city policy that states that all land acquisition or sales MUST BE DONE IN a closed meeting.
Shame on Carol Anderson for not being honest/complete in her writing of the minutes.
Shame on Mayor Greg Zylka for once again, not following the city laws.
