Oh oh.....did I force city to be honest?

 Can this be legal?  Bet not. Running by my attorney to see. Who knows...I might want to buy.

I think I forced the city to be honest with the taxpayers and list this taxpayer owned lot for sale to everyone, instead of giving a backroom sweetheart deal to an unknown buyer to purchase this for their offer of 18k instead of the 39k this property was appraised at.
