8-4-14 Robin Hensel lawsuit settlement terms explained and council votes to pass

Listen as Paul Reuvers explains some minor changes in the lawsuit settlement language and council passes.  Mayor Cathy VanRisseghem abstains and her brother Frank Gosiak just can't vote yes, even though he knows that the city violated the Constitution and this is why I got the right to a trial.  If the settlement had not been passed, I would have gone to  a jury trial in Duluth to establish damages for Little Falls violating my right to free speech in 2012 by denying me to rent an advertising bench in one of two places by city hall.   I don't think these clowns get this concept yet.
