SISTER CITY MISUSE OF PUBLIC FUNDS. NO PUBLIC PURPOSE. VIOLATE THE LAW.

Proof I warned the Little Falls City Council in May of 2013 about this misuse of public funds.   There is no public purpose and therefore was an illegal expenditure of public funds.
