Sister City needs to eliminate the "Little Falls" part from their title. Council deleted this committee.

 Notice my comment, that they should eliminate "Little Falls" from their title, as it is deceptive and probably illegal, since the council deleted this official city committee.   Fundraising by governmental units is illegal and the city was funding this group with 3k every year and was an illegal use of public funds since they had NO PUBLIC PURPOSE.
