7-15-13 my citizen appeal....this one's for you Theresa Skorseth....President Klinker was WRONG!!!

city council work session 7-15-13.   What I meant by the comment, I am not Bernie Athmann, is that he is a personal friend of Don Klinker, and HE was allowed to give his citizen appeal during the petitions only time, on April 1, 2013.  When I rose to the podium on April 15, 2013, to do the same thing as Athmann was allowed to do, I was denied.   Anybody surprised?   I can give countless similar situations, where I was denied, cut off, interrupted or told to sit down.   Say nothing of being hauled out for exercising my free speech and demanding my equal rights on June 7, 2013.
