JOEL HOLEY ....NAUGHTY CHRISTMAS LIST

UPDATE...HEAR YE HEAR YE...THE SIGNS ARE BOTH DOWN at 5 :10 pm 12-10-14.   Yaaaay !!!  Another property compliant.  One down...dozens to go. LET'S SEE IF THE LITTLE FALLS POLICE DEPARTMENT CATCHES THIS. Update....I just drove by at 2 pm 12-10-14.....both road right of way illegal signs are still up.  I will alert the public when LFPD does their job.    I was just alerted that these signs are NOT OWNED NOR APPRECATED BY JOEL HOLEY.  Evidently someone is using signs to mock and ridicule him.               SO THE OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY(whoever that is) BETTER REMOVE THESE TWO SIGNS OR RISK A TICKET...a misdemeanor.   FOREWARNED.

 Why should they catch this?  Because both are ILLEGAL....THAT'S WHY. 

It is the job of the police to pick up illegal road right of way signs in this city.  NOTICE THEY ARE TO remove ANY SIGNS ATTACHED TO ANY PUBLIC UTILITY, OR ON THE RIGHT OF WAY????

First they are both on the road right of way, and the second thing you will notice is that the one wooden sign that reads "Holey-Hensel 2016" is mounted on somebody else's property.  It is illegal, and it states so in the sign ordinance.  I suggest Joel Holey read it, and soon.  He has had many of these road right of way signs over the last few years, and sometimes affixes them to the metal sign pole in front of his house.
