Don Klinker "it's open for discussion, anybody can talk"

Listen as President of the Little Falls City Council states "it's open for discussion, anybody can talk" pertaining to work session agenda items.   He applies this rule differently to me, however.   What he really meant to say was "anybody but Robin can talk."  

I'd say Don Klinker is the RINGMASTER of the clowns at city hall.   Wouldn't you?

    After my trial I am even more convinced he wears the RINGMASTER HAT. Soon he will place it on the next in line for it.
