WHAT CHIEF SCHIRMERS SAID ABOUT ME BEING ARRESTED ON June 7, 2013

The Morrison County Record is reporting that I was escorted out of city hall chambers and issued a citation.   See the article here....http://mcrecord.com/2014/12/05/jury-convicts-hensel-for-2013-council-meeting-disturbance/    NOTICE NO MENTION IS MADE THAT I WAS HELD IN A LOCKED ROOM BY two armed Little Falls Policemen; CHIEF SCHIRMERS AND CAPTAIN CASILLUS FOR 30 Minutes.  City Hall was locked so nobody could enter, after my observer tried to follow me into the room out of concern and in order to quietly observe what was going to happen to me in that room.  After being physically shoved out of the room, he proceeded outside and took pictures fromo outside the window.  When he attempted to get back into the building, he discovered that they had locked city hall down. Now who would believe that I wasn't arrested?   The Morrison County prosecutor says only that I was escorted out of chambers and issued a citation in her interview with Lakeland News. 

When I can find the Lakeland News video on my conviction I will post it here...mean time...here is the transcription off my cell phone that was audio recording all the way through the entire event on June 7, 2013 including when Schirmers and Casillus ;

As I enter the room that I was locked in Schirmers says: "right in here, right here."
 
Robin: "are you coming Tad? Lad?

Schirmers: "no, he's not"

Robin: "Lad?"

Lad tries to follow with the camera.

Robin: "he has the right to come in here"

Schirmers: "step in here.  Why don't you step in here Mike, close the door."

Robin: "this is a public building, you can't keep him out."

Schirmers : "No",(both officers shove Lad out of the doorway and try to force the door shut) and Schirmers yells "get it, step out or otherwise you're gonna be under arrest for interfering"

Lad: "Oh I am in no way interfering with your activities!"

Schirmers yells: "YUP, SHE IS UNDER ARREST FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT"...then he yells "STEP OUT!!!"

Lad: "citizens have a right to observe law enforcement officials"

Schirmers: "yah you do, you observed that...we're asking you to step out now please."   Then they proceed to shove him out.

Now would believe that I wasn't arrested?   Held in a locked room with two armed police officers for half an hour, and that isn't considered arrest?   If that isn't arrest, I don't know what is!!!!

Does one have to be handcuffed and jailed to be considered arrested?

Here is the other kicker.   I wasn't ever read my Miranda rights, and I was never allowed time to grab my purse with over 300.00 cash in it and multiple credit cards and my drivers license, before they escorted me out of chambers.  I also had 3 valuable cameras with tripods and other equipment in the chambers worth thousands of dollars.

The point I am making, is that now that I have been convicted, the county seems to be leaving out valuable information that is pertinent to this story.
