Chief Schirmers letter to LETG staff to identify drivers stopped by ethnicity.

Check it out.....Schirmers told me at a council meeting awhile back, that he couldn't get at this information.   Ya right!!!!   That's not what LETG staff had to say....they gave him the requested information he was asking for.  Later, Schirmers stated the racial breakdown had to have come from the jail.  Ya right!!  Who does he think he is kidding.
