Loren Boyum should be ashamed of himself. He stated under oath during depositions that he had read the sign ordinance. Really??? Why then, did he not ask if his churchs signs were properly permitted under the new sign ordinance. Maybe he didn't care or worse yet, didn't have the smarts to know to check.
