The signs on the road right of way and utility pole at 800 5th Ave. S.E. are down as of 5:10 p.m. tonight. One down...dozens more non-compliant addresses to go.  Merry Christmas everyone.

  1. Quit harassing people already. A flag and a rock. Get real. you should drive by my property and see this huge sign that I'm going to erect saying how long this is going to take to be on Robins website..... Be sure to watch for it. You have nothing better to do, as you drive around and video harass people..

  2. It isn't illegal to film a property from a public street. Just ask Officer Craig Seelen. It isn't harassment to point out violations either. Obviously the city hasn't done their job educating the citizenry about the sign requirements. Obviously Ben Oleson is not performing the job as sign enforcer properly, but is being paid about 4k per month. The city is begging to be sued again by continuing to use SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT. Don't you want fair policies Chris?

  6. So Chris Harakel....do you care that your city staff violated the sign ordinance by allowing 4 u permitted illegal off premise Lindbergh Lions signs in a city park(LeBourget)???? Or do you think viewpoint BIAS is ok????

  7. No I do not care.. Im sorry that the city admin is such a bother to you... I have no quams with them, no the signs that are placed. Yes road right of way signs are a hazzard, however in yards is another story.. Your yard full of signs was "very tacky" and people didn't like that.. I didn't like it. So with that said... Your yard is much more pleasing to look at when coming into town..

  8. I see. Thanks for clarifying that you don't mind if city staff or council violate the law. A more blatant statement could not have been written than that. That is the kind of disrespect for local and constitutional law that led to my lawsuit. It is troubling you are so complacent to viewpoint bias. I will not tolerate it.
