just in time for Halloween trick or treat....your council wants your money

listen as they completely botch the vote.  They have no idea what they are doing, and neither does the current parttime city administrator Dan Vogt or Lori Kasella (former co-city admin for more than two years and is current financial officer).   No wonder they have earned the GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH TITLE.  They are some of the biggest clowns I have ever known.
