Alderman Brian Crowder asks council to consider Bloomington sign ordinance for Little Falls

Listen and you will hear Alderman Crowder ask the council members to consider adopting a sign ordinance like Bloomington Minnesota has that allows off premise signs for GARAGE SALES, BOUTIQUES, AND CHURCH SUPPERS.  If Bloomington, which has some of the highest property values, can allow these off premise signs, why on earth would Little Falls not do the same?
