Loren Boyum refuses to complain about military illegal flyover of helicopter in a hospital quiet zone, by one of Camp Ripleys aircraft. In his ward.

Councilor Loren Boyum if you remember is the same councilor that said he did not represent me. "Not me. No not you." back in 2013.  I believe he still feels that way, even though he publicly apologized during a recorded council meeting.   He doesn't get to pick and choose who he represents.   He gets money from a Camp Ripley mentorship school program. He is also former Army. Is it possible he is worried about losing his salary from the military if he complains about an illegal flyover in his ward?   Doesn't he care about the clients/patients of St. Gabriel"s hospital?  Does he think Camp Ripleys Range Regulations don't have to be followed?  Really?   What kind of guy is this anyway?
