I am at council work session right now, and city administrator Jon Radermacher stated before the meeting began, that the request by Gabrielle and,David Meyer, was withdrawn. 
I wonder why?
This is from the council packet for this Monday Dec. 21, 2015 work session agenda for consideration.  There is a BIG SNAG in this request.  Let's see if you can figure out what it is.  Show up, to find out.  Work session starts promptly at 6pm. That is when the public gets 3 minutes to give their public forum comment time.  I hope you pack the chambers.
