 REMEMBER THIS?   I was sent a warning letter stating this was in violation of the sign ordinance, but wait......SOME IN TOWN......have had similar but they weren't issued a warning letter.  This is called SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT, and the city is begging for another lawsuit.  

 Justin Bieganek is a mayoral appointed board member of the PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION.  Boy do I have a lot to say about this particular individual real soon....promise.  This isn't the only questionable comment he has made this year.
