INCITING MOB VIOLENCE

I have discovered some comments on Josh Stumpf's(owner of Skyline Tattoo) public Facebook page that seem to be obvious incitement of mob violence statements.  Incitement of mob violence is a crime. The following comments you  may be interested in reading, are troubling to me.

Cory Vukelich;  "Maybe the kids that like to vandalize things around town need to pay her house a visit once or twice a week because ignoring it doesn't seem to be working."

Jonathan Garlock; "Is there not a way we could vote her out of town? I think we should gather outside her house and take pictures and protest give her a taste of how F'ed up all this really is."

Alicia Zigan; "Torches and pitch forks worked back in the day Jonathan garlock"

There are sixteen people who make comments about me.  They include Dillon Wuellner, Zeno Casavan, Tina Louise Oldakowski, Shawn Ropp, Stephanie Dolney, Teresa Enstad, Lynn Brau, Jennifer Pekula, Jolaineah Waltman, Jim Dumas, Carolyn Cantwell, Russ Thompson(who is a small business owner), and Jeff Graham.

  1. I saw these comments as another form of freedom of speech. Feel free to post these comments. They are a form of frustration throughout our community. As you referred to these as mod violence, they are far from it. Violence is an act that relates danger. If you are referring these comments as dangerous you are mistaking. Many of the comments you post are legally considered slander. Look them up there fall right into the statutes. We run hard earned businesses, pay our dues and work hard to give back to our community. I see a lot of rocks being thrown in a glass house. If anyone wishes to speak with me, come talk to me in person.

    1. I believe the frustration from the community is primarily because they ALL HAVE TO FOLLOW THE SIGN ORDINANCE NOW. It is finally being enforced more than it was before 2011, but is still not being enforced uniformly and this will be a problem for this city going forward.

  4. As I'm sitting here reading this robin, I pray for you. Most of the people you have listed, and accused of "inciting mob" activity are some of the nicest, caring, loving people you'd ever meet. They would give you the shirt off their backs if need be. If you cannot handle a little criticism, perhaps you'd be better suited choosing a different career. Some of the people's names that you are so quick to drag through the mud are indeed little falls small business owners. They are also very like members of that community. Above all else, most of them are parents, grandparents, husbands, wives, and as you should very well know are entitled to their own opinions. The fact that you've wasted your time trolling Facebook, looking for people who disagree with you to accuse them of criminal actions is honestly very sad, and pathetic behavior. I pray for you Robin. I hope you realize that your actions here on this open forum not only make you look terrible, but I do hope the people who support you will see what you are doing and this changes their mind... God bless you.

    1. I have not dragged anybody's name through the mud. I expose facts and tell the truth as to who is abiding by the law and who clearly is NOT. Anyone who wishes to forcibly expel someone from a community just because their rights have been violated, or for any reason is not popular with some of the citizenry, is not a person of good character. Your buddies seem to lack basic tolerance and humility...say nothing of common decency. I am not looking for support....only others who wish to clear the air in this quaint little river town, and then get on with rectifying the many BIG PROBLEMS PLAGUEING THIS AREA....ESPECIALLY CHRONIC POVERTY. Too many in power seats care nothing of the economic struggles of the common people here or anywhere for that matter. That golf course air has gotten to their head and they think only of advancing their own status. I believe in programs/policies that enhance the PUBLIC GOOD...IN OTHER WORD FOR THE BENEFIT OF EVERYONE, NOT JUST SOME OF THE PEOPLE...nothing less will do.

  5. Well have you seen any of these buddies of mine at your door? No. Have they ever come into contact with you? No. SAYING a thing and DOING it are two VERY different things. One of these people you have mentioned in your smear campaign happens to be my father... He didn't grow up wealthy, he struggled raising myself and my brother, and raised us by himself. He's been a hard working man his entire life, and has never had a thing handed to him. Neither have I, and that is what makes a person good. Working hard for everything you've got, not having things handed to you. Everyone is entitled to free speech. And in no way shape or form would any of these people ever do the things they jokingly mentioned on Facebook. Perhaps you should take their criticism with a grain of salt.... Just as you've labeled these hard working citizens of your beloved community "hoodlums", they too are free to say what they feel about you on their own web pages. So before you rage on with this war you've created, by trolling Facebook, maybe you should think about how incredibly foolish you're making yourself look. Good luck to you in your future endeavors Robin. Piece and blessings;)
