These photos were taken 7-3-15 at 819 SE 3rd Street in Little Falls on the east side of St. Gabriels Hospital. I believe they own this property. At the city council meeting on June 15th Councilor Leif Hanson said he got a complaint about this homes disrepair. Lori Kasella city finance administrator said she would speak with the owner.
This is not the first time, this home was complained about to the city. I have been at numerous meetings during the last 4 years, when this property was complained about, by various councilors and the mayor.
Since blight is an ongoing issue in this town, why has this property been allowed for so long to not be repaired?
