Retkas Insurance VIOLATES HPC POLICY, demolishes historic building at 217 W. Broadway, without HPC permission. 7-6-15

Listen to Dan Opatz tell the HPC committee that Retkas were supposed to get permission from  the historic preservation committee BEFOFRE  demolishing building, as the HPC had public monies vested in the building.   Greg Kimman doesn't even know if Retkas got the required permit to demolish.   I wonder what penalty the Retkas should pay for this blatant VIOLATION.
