HEATED DesRosier Drive public hearing 7-6-15 Little Falls MN city council

Above is part 1 of 2 parts Little Falls Mn city council meeting.  During the public hearing for DesRosier Drive hotly opposed street improvements that are tied to an even more hotly debated and opposed Roach 4plex housing development in an R1C residential zoning district where ONLY single homes or duplexes are allowed.  Listen at 47 minutes 50 seconds in when Bill Anderson calls Greg Kimman public works director for Little Falls, the worst engineer he has ever met and why.  Then listen right after Bill Anderson speaks, when John Lange questions Greg Kimman about his brothers dirt digging business and possibly getting the job on DesRosier Drive if this project gets pushed through. (that would be a potential conflict of interest, since the DesRosier Drive street improvements(both parts east and west) were STAFF INITIATED.  Meaning, Greg Kimman initiated them.
