Emblom-Brenny parking lot repair disturbs neighborhood

This is what woke me up(and probably others in close proximity, including St.Gabriels hospital patients) on July 7, 2015. Little falls has a noise ordinance #10.25 that is quite extensive. Even if this doesn't violate the noise ordinance, this wasn't a very neighborly thing to do.....especially the hospital patients.
