Roach re-application proposed fourplexes. Will this violate city code?.

 Olesons book for the Monday July 13,2015 Little Falls, Mn planning commission meeting.

Notice that there is no date of original application.  This voids this entire application.  I believe the correct date that the council rejected this proposal was April 20, 2015.  Did they leave the correct date out on purpose?

Notice there are 2 entrances onto DesRosier Drive. This invalidates their request for conditional use, as they can only have one road entering DesRosier Drive, since the council voted against the West end DesRosier Drive street improvements.

Notice the part where 11.04 of city code is discussed and it says as far as staff knows, no part of city code prevents a re-application from being submitted again.  BETTER LOOK AGAIN STAFF.  YOU ARE BEING PAID BIG BUCKS TO FIND THIS. Let's see if you uncover it before Mondays public hearing.  I will be happy to fill you in.
