POLICE MISCONDUCT■■update 8-2-15■■ incident report filed 7-24-15

Right after I posted these comments on McRecord, the daily police reports were removed. I suggested tracking them to discover what's really going on and BINGO....THEY GET REMOVED.
As of 8-14-15, Chief Schirmers of the Little Falls Police Department removed the daily online police reports.  This reeks of corruption.
THEY ARE HIDING ALOT.  The public deserves better taxpayer funded job performance than this.  The public deserves complete transparency from their govmint.  Period.  Anything less, is not acceptable and very troubling.  Call and demand they be put back  online.   320-616-5570 Chief Schirmers.   320-616-5500 City Hall.   You might also want to ask Mayor Greg Zylka(since he is the head of the police department and Chief Greg Schirmers boss, why this decision was made and who made it..... gzylka@charter.net    or your councilman Leif Hanson .....leifnhanson@gmail.com    or your city administrator Dan Vogt .....dvogtogt@cityoflittlefalls.com or the city attorney ....toni@wetzellawlf.com

See if you get anywhere.  Let me know if you get answers.  You may call 320-360-3931 between the hours of 9am and 6pm or email me at henselrobin56345@yahoo.com

I wonder where the investigation is at?  Don't you?

Today 7-24,2015, I filed an official police conduct incident report on Officer Rick Heurung, with City of Little Falls. See photos below:
Low and behold, who accepts the police incident report from me, but the repeat sign offender herself, LFPD dispatcher Kathy Barthel. Look at the bottom of the page, where her flag overages are shown.  These flags were flying in July  of this year 2015, as about the same time last year 2014, when she was out of compliance and sent a warning letter. She knows the limit is 2 flags per property....and yet she knowingly violates the sign law again this year. Lots of folks in this town feel above the law, but it's a whole other story when the lawbreakers are city police department staff or officers.

Kathy Barthels home at 1203 First Ave. SW Little Falls, Mn on 7-12-15.....total 5 flags...see if you can find them.
