MORE LFPD DERELICTION OF DUTY(updated all daily online police reports removed 8-14-15)by Chief Schirmers

Isn't it ironic that right after I posted this important blog and the others titled Dereliction of Duty, Police Chief Schirmers takes the daily police reports offline, as of 8-14-15.

This is what you see on the LFPD website now, instead of the daily police reports.  They must not like my tracking  their reports and then publishing them on this blog.  Wonder why?   I think you can figure that out, can't you?

This is LFPD police dispatcher Kathy Barthels home at 1203 First Ave S.W.
As you can see, she has 2 flags out on this side of her home. Photos taken 7-3-15.

I guess she wasn't embarrassed enough for the last blogpost I put up last year, 2014, when she had too many flags and signs up.

She must really feel ABOVE the law. Or else she believes her position as an employee of this city will assure her not being sent a warning letter.

See 2 other flags, which makes her 2 flags over the limit.  Each residential property can have 2 flags max. Or 2 signs(total 8 sq.ft) or 1 flag and 1 sign and no more.

This has been reported to Mayor Greg Zylka, who is head of the police department. It has also been reported to Councilor Leif Hanson and Ben Oleson(city zoning administrator, whose responsibility it is to enforce the sign ordinance.

Heads up to others...if you don't wish to be on this blog....don't violate the sign ordinance.
