HPC meeting 7-6-15 Little Falls Mn.

Notice they adjourn and then the entire quorum/group stays at the table and visits, which violates the open meeting law.   Listen as Deb Boelz, ex-officio(CEO of the Chamber of Commerce) asks me if I was still recording after the meeting adjourned.  I said yes, it's a public building.  She asked me, as she is aware they are not supposed to do this.  7-6-15   There is more to this meeting that I will be posting later, including the building at 217 Broadway(Retkas) was demolished, without the permission of the HPC committee.  The committee had money invested in the building.  I wonder who gave them the permit to demolish that building, or even if they had the necessary permit?
