Little Falls city council wk sess 7-6-15

This is part 1 of 2 wk session 7-6-15 Little Falls Mn.  My public forum is in response to DesRosier Drive Roach request for 4 plexes in an R1c residential district that allows only single and duplex homes only. It sure would be desirable for Little Falls city govmint to get something right the FIRST time, instead of always having to backtrack or revis/amend/or rewrite laws and policies.
