I noticed awhile back that all of the hate comments, and veiled incitement of mob violence towards me, have disappeared from your public Facebook page. Why is that?
I wonder if you and your circle of friends that includes Dillon Wuellner and Josh Stumpf, to mention just a few, will be spewing the same hate speech comments at Brook Mallak (attorney at law) in Little Falls, because she sued the City in 2013 over illegal data lookups by the Little Falls Police Department."(and other law enforcement agencies).

I find this interesting. I have yet to slander anyone (according to minnesota state statue that I posted earlier). I have done nothing more than posted my opinions about how I believed that you are in the wrong about things . It is my opinion that you have misused our citizens tax dollars. In one blog you post how your lawyers are working "pro-bono" yet in another blog you stated that you have to use $30k plus dollars to pay for you lawyers. Hmm. This looks like a two faced lie to the citizens of this town to me (if this a public blog.) You attack out police department on their judgment of threat assessment, use of their equipment, and our chief's attendance at public meeting. What do you know about threat assessment? These officers need to make judgement calls on a daily basis that may put their lives in danger, save another's life, or rid our streets of drugs. All of these have to be done sometimes in a matter of seconds. I was just wondering if you happened to know that while that city meeting was going on that all of the officers including the chief the at CERT (critical, emergency, response, team) training at Camp Ripley for several day working and training hard using all of their equipment to protect our streets. Please tell me what you know.How do you have the right to judge our officers and police chiefs judgment calls when in a blink of and eye they might be going home one night. All I see is stealing my hard earned tax dollars, lying to the public, and in a violation of the Minnesota statute of slander. I look forward to your response...

ReplyDeleteOn another note. I don't understand why anyone in there right mind would want to stay in a place hated by so many. I mean If I had to sit and defend myself every day I wouldn't stick around. You Robin Hensel do nothing but cost this county money that could be used for so many USEFUL things. Neither Josh stumpf or myself have threatened or been involved in "mob violence" . We do however use our FREEDOM of speech that your always talking about. You ask us for our opinions weather they be good or bad and then u cry and whine about what we have said and continue to drag our names thru the mud. I truly do believe your just out for attention weather it's bad or good. You really have No ideas to help EVERYONE but instead help you and your bank account. So in closing yet again and it's really sad I have to say this but with you I do. If I see or hear of any of my comments posted or printed or copied anywhere other than where I put them I will not only remove them but you Robin will be held accountable! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteDillon, you may not be able to understand why I choose to stay here. I have a hard time understanding why you and your friends think you have the right to suggest I leave. I have as much right to live here as you or anyone else does.
DeleteWould you suggest that Brook Mallak leave the area and take her law practice with her, because she is involved with a current lawsuit against the Little Falls Police Department? If not, why not. Is she wrong for defending her rights?
I have many ideas to benefit the public good. Way more than any current city council member has. If you come to the public forums during the election you will learn of them. I hope you do. Bring your friends, and please submit any questions you want to ask about my ideas.
Josh Stumpf....I have never misused public funds. That is something elected officials like city, county or state governments do.
ReplyDeleteMy attorneys were working pro bono but I had a signed agreement with Larry Frost that stated that if I received a settlement he would be paid back his expenses. His expenses totaled almost all of the settlement. I had many expenses as well. There was not enough left of the settlement to pay all of my own expenses. I will have to foot the bill on those.
Do you believe in the Constitution Josh? Do you believe that our laws should be uniformly enforced? Do you believe everyone should have the same rights as another?
It seems to me that you should be upset with your city council, since it is they that passed not one, but two unconstitutional sign ordinances. Then they chose to violate their own law, and attempt to enforce it unfairly on me.
I have not slandered anyone. The posts that were displayed prominently on my trailer were posts that threatened the safety of Alderman Brian Crowder. I was exposing who "liked" the comments made by Justin Bieganek, a mayoral appointed City of Little Falls Planning and Zoning Board member. Justin had previously posted inappropriate comments on the Mayoral Facebook page about me, and when he did, I made those comments known also.
Civil dialogue is essential in a democracy. I don't understand why you, Dillon and countless others, can't be civil to me. You may not like the content of my signs, but you should be able to express your thoughts without suggesting chasing me out of town.
That's what happens in places other than the United States.
I have as much right to live here, as you or anyone else does.
I am pointing out to the public what Chief Schirmers said in his deposition about threat assessment training that either he or his officers have received. You make your own judgement whether our officers have any.
I am embarrassed to send my friends through town so I have to detour them around as your yard and vehicles are a disgrace.
ReplyDeleteSheri Atkinson....how in the world do you friends snake through any part of Little Falls with all the political billboards on every street? Aren't they offended by the handpainted billboards of the current mayor, Cathy VanRisseghem at some of the most traveled intersections including by the railroad crossing on the west side, and the intersection of Broadway and 4th St. S.E.? I suggest your friends divert their eyes in a different direction, should they be offended by any sign they might encounter.

Also I didn't incite any sort of mob violence towards you or anyone you know. Quite frankly I am tired of hearing you whine about people saying their honest opinions and labeling people saying they are harassing you because they are just giving you what you asked for which was peoples opinions. And because you seem to know me so well know this I dont give a damn about what you or anyone else thinks about me. So keep your lies coming because everyone knows that they are just that.

I can repost them here is you like. Or you can just explain why you deleted them. DeleteUm again I deleted nothing from my Facebook page. If you are referring to the comments made in reply to josh stumphs posts they wouldn't be on my page they would be on his. Also my page is no longer public other than to those I am friends with.
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to say a couple things. First my sister's name is always spelled wrong by you, please show some intelligence and correct that. You seem to have no problem spelling my name. Second I need to say I don't want violence towards you I just want to be able to ignore you and that seems to not be possible. I don't agree with most of your opinions but that doesn't matter because you wouldn't agree with most of mine. The difference is you're attention seeking and annoying and I seriously want to protest your actions in this town the same way you protest this town's actions. But unlike you I know I wouldn't make a difference so I don't bother, you on the other hand are so self centered that you insist everyone should listen to you because you're different you must be right. Right? Wrong.
