SWAT team arrest of Mark Flores...HUMVEE and all!!

They sure poured on the power.....even fired up the HUMVEE, but according to Mary Swenson(data access responsible authority)for the Morrison County Sheriffs office, NO dashcam video was made during this arrest. Hard to believe. All those squadcars and not ONE dashcam was running??  I don't buy it. Not good policing or common sense. What do they think dashcams are for, if not events like this???
