2nd HECKLER gets his chance.

Last night 9-17-15, at approximately 8:10pm another local hick who craves attention, gets it. He can be arrested for disorderly conduct. Notice he takes a right onto Hilton.  You don't suppose this is the same white truck I recorded speeding out front of my house awhile back do you?
