And here's another KICKER......Little Elk Creek, which runs through or close to the edge of her property, dumps unfiltered, directly into the Mississippi River, across from the Grace Covenant Church in Little Falls, Mn. 

No wonder Lake Pepin is dying.    There are 5 unfiltered creeks/drainage ditches/or  stormwater runoffs dumping directly into the Mississippi River within the city of Little Falls limits.  

God knows how many other Morrison County outlets are dumping unfiltered polluted waters into the Mississippi.

The City of Randall shut down 2 city water wells and is having to find an unpolluted source of drinkable groundwater.  Little Elk River runs right through the city of Randall and their city park.  

See the problem?

That huge amount of dog manure is likely leaking into Little Elk Creek and then polluting other waters.   

Where else would it end up.  Think about it.
