Hey Cruella LITTLE ELK RIVER will be water monitored for MPCA by ME

About a week ago, I received the citizen stream monitoring program  packet and secchi tube, so I can begin checking the water downstream from your Minnesota largest puppy mill called Clearwater Kennel. Next spring the MPCA will begin monitoring this entire watershed for contaminants including fecal choliform, nitrates, phosphorus, sediments and other toxins that are destroying our streams, rivers and lakes.
