SIGN MAYHEM....a reminder to the community.

Mike Strack has entered into a "war of words" so to speak, a "battle of signs", a "quest to identify intolerant haters" in this community, and an all out EFFORT TO ENHANCE MY FREE SPEECH MESSAGE.  Thank you Mike Strack for all of the above.

Something all community members might want to remember, the 2016 general election is just on the horizon and you know what that means don't you?

In a general election year, anyone in this state can post as many signs, any size, and anywhere on their property, including right on the lot line, under Minnesota statute 211.B.045, beginning 46 days before the state primary(which is Tuesday March 1, 2016) UNTIL 10 days following the state general election( Tuesday November 8, 2015). This state statute TRUMPS the Little Falls sign ordinance.  In other words for those of you, unable to figure out what this means is.......starting next spring   Friday January 15, 2016, I WILL BE MOST COLORFULLY DECORATING MY FRONT YARD AGAIN, EVEN ABOVE my BUSHES.
.  COUNT ON IT COMMUNITY. 

Look at the language change in the sign ordinance amendments, your city made, to hide the fact that unlimited signs can be posted anywhere on private property in Minnesota, during a general election year.  

This includes ELECTRONIC SIGNS INSIDE windows or outdoors.

Anything goes.

I am ramping up early.

They didn't want anyone knowing about this....especially not me.
