Ray Schulte is a planning commission member and this shows he had an illegally erected sign for the Fishing Museum on his property. Need I say more. I think you get the picture. He is the smarta$$ that makes the cynical remarks during this meeting. Notice the business is Little Falls Machine, Inc. but the off premise sign located on his property is the Fishing Museum sign. Clearly illegal off premise.
2 locals break the law, and get by with it....AND get an extension to skirt the laws longer. Unbelievable. Waller House Bed+Breakfast has not operated legally since they were issued a conditional use permit in 2013. And before their conditional use, they were running a motel and a restaurant illegally in a residential district. They have NEVER had the off street parking spaces required by ordinance to operate legally. Planning commissioners turned a blind eye. They have had one year extension and STILL do not have the off street parking. Oh you can just tell how the committee members enjoy my company....especially smarty pants Ray Schulte. Watch the eyes.
