Letters from Bruce Smith...attention DesRosier Drive and city of Little Falls

As per an email this morning 9-2-15, According to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency in St. Paul, the whole area north of the east bridge of the highway 10 crossing, is a wetland and this must have an impact report prior to construction.  Even Little Falls ordinances require a Natural Landscape Protection Plan.  The city is following NONE of these requirements.   The local MNPCA inspector is from this area and is following up soon....maybe this week yet.   Stay tuned.  More to follow.
