Overnite camping request Friends of Pine Grove Zoo entire discussion. 2-2-15 Little Falls city council work session

2-2-15 Marnita VanHoeke makes request to have an overnight stay(overnight camping) at the zoo, which is a park by definition within the city code, and asks for a liquor permit to serve a small group for a private dinner fundraiser.
