Councilor Loren Boyum questions ELECTRONIC SPEED reader SIGN for in front of hospital. Cheif Schirmers answers.

2-2-15 Little Falls city council work session.  Loren Boyum says he had a constituent complaint/question about how soon the electronic speed reader sign might be placed in front of St. Gabriels hospital. (right by my place).  You don't suppose he's concerned that the local cops have been speeding, do you?
