I don't know who this guy is but it is a little whacky to think he could insist the cops "do something about" me LEGALLY flying my AmeriKan flag upside down. And yes, the insertion of the K instead of c is to depict our country as a fascist state, because it is.

David Miller goes to LFPD and requests something be done about my upside down American flag.
