Rhonda Monnier CRABBYPANTS UPDATED6-19-16 parks ILLEGALLY in LFPD lot 6-1-16

 Little Falls Police Department lot has 3 VISITOR PARKING ONLY spaces.  Miss Crabbypants needs some customer service skills too. She has NONE.  She is the FACE/VOICE of the police department and I am told by NUMEROUS others, is rude to them also.  Either she needs to become more diplomatic or be terminated. And I emailed Mayor Greg Zylka after I took this picture on 6-15-16

asking him if Rondas parking again in a "Visitor Parking Only" space mattered. I have not heard back, either time I contacted him about this matter. Since parking signs are not followed by city police employees, what other laws/rules, do they get to break?
